Our products are food items and are subject to availability. We make every effort to display product descriptions, ingredients, images, and pricing accurately. However, packaging, appearance, and product details may occasionally vary, and colours may differ slightly depending on your device display.
As our products are freeze-dried foods, please refer to the packaging for ingredients, allergen information, storage instructions, and best-before dates. It is your responsibility to review this information, particularly if you have any allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, please consult a qualified professional before consumption.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, though changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway, which supports UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, wallets, and other available methods. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of the applicable payment provider. We do not store your full payment details on our servers.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error, payment failure, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. In such cases, any amount already paid will be refunded.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. If we cancel a confirmed order, we will notify you and refund any payment made.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We currently sell and ship products only within India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location, courier availability, and other factors beyond our control. 7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. As our products are food items, opened items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, though we will always work with you to resolve any issue.
